* Fully Furnish with Mattress + Bed Frame, Wardrobe, Air-Con, study table & Bookshelf.

* Can move in immediately (just bring in your luggage).

* High floor, Lift Level, windy, neat, clean and really privacy (only 4unit at the level, clean and quiet environment).

* Can cook but need to keep clean the kitchen after cooking.
