No need to do house keeping but only need to take own responsibility. No noisy. Clean , quite and safe place. Staying with friendly owner.
Parquet floor in bed room with air-con( Night-time only). Full facilities with super convenient location. Provide single bedding,mattress and big wardrobe for tenants. Cooking allowed but u have to clean after cooking.
