General service - 1 time
1 FCU = S$40
2 FCU = S$60 (S$30/fcu)
3 FCU = S$75 (S$25/fcu)
4 FCU and above = S$20/fcu.

General service contract - 4 times a year (3 months once)
1 FCU = S$35
2 FCU = S$50 (S$25/fcu)
3 FCU = S$60 (S$20/fcu)
4 FCU and above = S$18/fcu.

Chemical overhaul (we don't do chemical wash)
1 FCU = S$120
2 FCU = S$200 ($100/fcu)
3 FCU = S$270 ($90/fcu)
4 FCU and above = S$80/fcu.

General service :
1- clean cover with detergent
2- clean air blower with brush
3- clean drain pan (drain tray) with water
4- clean evaporator coil with brush
5- clean/suck drainage pipes with vacuum cleaner.

Chemical overhaul :
1- dismantle FCU.
2- remove all parts and accessories
3- wash evaporator with special made chemical for households AirCon
4- wash blower with chemical
5- wash tray, fcu housing, air diffuser flips, etc with chemical
6- reassembly and install back fcu.
7- charge gas and test run.
